Our Mission
We believe that work is more than just a job—it is the key to a better life.
Our mission in a nutshell
Our mission is to connect qualified and motivated skilled workers and assistants from other EU countries with German companies—for a strong economy and an inclusive society.
The ongoing shortage of skilled workers is the main driver of our work. Hundreds of thousands of jobs remain unfilled. Particularly affected are the care, logistics, construction, and catering sectors. At the same time, many EU citizens are willing to work in Germany—if they receive the necessary support.

More than just placement: We accompany people on their journey
For many EU citizens, starting out in Germany presents challenges: finding accommodation, dealing with the authorities, health insurance – often without language skills or support.
This is exactly where our work comes in. We not only help with the job search, but also actively support you during the first weeks and months—with practical help, clear structures, and a dedicated contact person.

What drives us
The shortage of skilled workers affects many industries—but behind every job vacancy is a person with a story.
1. More than just a placement service
Our work does not begin with the employment contract—it begins with the first step into a new life. For many EU citizens, moving to Germany is associated with uncertainty: a new language, unfamiliar bureaucracy, and a lack of orientation. This is exactly where we come in. We not only assist people in their job search, but also guide them through their first weeks and months—with clear processes, reliable contacts, and genuine support.2. Taking responsibility
We are convinced that anyone who brings people to Germany bears responsibility—not only for their work performance, but also for their integration. The German job market is demanding, often confusing, and requires more than just a job offer. Whether it’s finding an apartment, opening a bank account, getting health insurance, or attending their first appointments with the authorities—we accompany our applicants every step of the way. Our goal is not quick placement, but long-term stability.3. Recognizing challenges, creating opportunities
Demographic change and the reluctance of many locals to work in low-wage industries are exacerbating the situation. But we don’t just see the problem—we see the opportunity. In the restaurant, nursing, and logistics industries, there is a shortage of people who are willing to lend a hand. At the same time, there are many motivated skilled and unskilled workers in Eastern Europe who are willing to do just that – if they receive the necessary support. We close this gap, professionally and humanely.4. Sustainable change
Our mission is not short-term success, but sustainable change. We don’t just want to meet demand, we want to make a difference: in people’s lives, in corporate attitudes, and in how migration is handled. When an applicant finds not only a job but also a home, when skepticism turns into trust, when immigration leads to participation—then we have done our job right.
